It was a
pleasure working with Arnel to
kickoff my attempt to get in better shape. He was
flexible with scheduling and he
provided information both on working out and diet. He
pays close attention to how you are doing
to make sure you avoid injury while also encouraging you to push
yourself a
little harder.

I
had
the pleasure of
working with Arnel as my personal trainer twice a week for
approximately 3
months this Spring, and would have continued to do so if he had not
made the
decision to move out of the area. This
was my first experience with a personal trainer.
Arnel
was extremely
professional, timely, and encouraging. I
was very impressed with his advance work on each of our sessions, as he
was
constantly altering the workout to maximize my results (and to keep it
interesting).
He also supplied me with articles to read and logs to keep in the time
in
between our sessions. I made an amazing
amount of progress in those three months – in terms of strength
building,
toning, and weight loss – and continue to build on that progress today.
I
would highly
recommend Arnel as a personal trainer. His
friendly and encouraging
manner, his thorough knowledge, and
professionalism make him an ideal trainer for anyone.

I
trained with Arnel for 4 weeks, 3 times a week. I had never
done a
training program before, and Arnel was excellent. He explained
all
exercises to me before we started, what the exercise was going to
do.
He also was there with me the whole time I trained. He always was
very
personable and answered any and all questions I had. I am very
happy
with the results and am continuing my training on-line with
Arnel. He
always keeps in touch over the computer and he is truly concerned that
I am benefiting from this program. I would recommend Arnel to

Dear Arnel
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for my training
sessions and your ability to motivate a totally "out of shape" 60 year
old person.
Prior to my training sessions, I was taking 500 mg. of Naproxen, twice
daily, for pain associated with my degenerated hip and lower back
pain. After completing 12 sessions with you, I switched the
prescription Naproxen for over the counter ibuprofen, and I am
presently not using any pain relief medication.
I certainly feel better and have a lot more energy, due to my training
sessions and I particularly notice that I have lost inches from my
waist and chest.
I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the outcome
of my sessions and believe that they have helped me tremendously.
